Tongge offers custom OEM services for the production of bicycles for our customers. If you are looking for mass production services of electric or standard bicycles, feel free to contact us. Customers only need to provide us with sample pictures and parameter requirements, which we will then turn over to our engineers. After some discussion and planning, we will prepare the proofing of the products. Finally, the customer will confirm the samples and we will begin full-scale production.

There are more than 30 staff members with at least 4-years or more of assembly experience on the assembly line and 5 senior engineers with more than 9-years of experience in this industry. Such a professional team can ensure that daily production capacity is over 200 units.

When the bikes have been produced, the outer appearances of the electric bikes are firstly inspected, followed by the inspection of fasteners and electrical devices. Finally, the packages are tested.

Packing materials: foam and paper boxes. Foam plays a fixing role, while the outside boxes are reinforced to reduce shock.
